 um to afford citizens the opportunity to provide input\nand recommendation
 s regarding housing and community development needs\, goals\nand objective
 s to support priorities identified in the 2020-24 Consolidated Plan.\nThe 
 City of Pensacola is a member of the Escambia HOME Consortium together wit
 h\nEscambia County and Santa Rosa County in order to receive HOME Investme
 nt\nPartnership Program funds from HUD. The city and Escambia County each 
 receive\nCommunity Development Block Grant funds directly from HUD as enti
 tlement\ncommunities. Public input will assist with planning for the utili
 zation of HOME\nand CDBG funds for each local government for fiscal year 2
