DESCRIPTION:Join us in keeping our neighborhoods clean and safe! A neighbor
 hood cleanup for District 4 residents who live in the blue shaded areas ab
 ove will take place on&nbsp\;Wednesday\, Sept. 28. This is a chance for re
 sidents to dispose of items\n    such as old furniture\, appliances and ho
 usehold waste free of charge.&nbsp\;Yard debris is not eligible for remova
 l during this cleanup.Only residents in the designated cleanup area can pa
 rticipate in the neighborhood cleanup. Please have all items for pickup at
  the curb by 7 a.m. on the day of the cleanup.&nbsp\;Items left at the cur
 b outside of the cleanup\n    area will not be collected.&nbsp\;If you liv
 e in the targeted area\, you will have received a postcard in the mail wit
