DESCRIPTION:Escambia County and the City of Pensacola will hold a joint pub
 lic workshop on Tuesday\, May 24 at 3 p.m. to discuss conceptual options\,
  priority\, and funding for the Reimagine Jackson Street project based on 
 preliminary public input and data analysis. The workshop will be held at P
 ensacola City Hall in the Hagler Mason Conference Room\, located at 222 W.
  Main St. This joint public county/city workshop was requested by the city
  to fulfill a DEO grant requirement. The board approved an MOU with the ci
 ty in July of 2021 to work together on this project.\n\nA public meeting w
 ill also take place on May 24 at 5:30 p.m. at the Brownsville Community Ce
 nter\, located at 3200 W. Desoto St. One or more Escambia County Commissio
 ners may be in attendance at both meetings.\n\nThe purpose of the project 
 is to develop a transportation implementation plan that complements the ex
 isting communities and addresses safety\, mobility\, and sustainable long-
