at Beulah Middle School\, 6001 W. Nine Mile Road. Attendees will include c
ounty staff\; Vicki Campbell\, ECUA Board\, District 1\; Kevin Adams\, Esc
ambia County School Board\, District 1\; and Debbie Malsberger from State
Representative Michelle Salzman's office. \;The meeting will also be s
treamed live on the county \;YouTube channel. The live stream is depen
dent on broadcast connectivity. \;\n\nDuring this town hall\, Commissi
oner Bergosh will discuss county-wide issues of importance including COVID
-19 response and recovery\, new redistricting boundaries\, the budget\, th
e county jail and staffing issues\, Escambia County Fire Rescue and EMS\,
Triumph Gulf Coast\, and the RESTORE Act. There will be topics of interest
to District 1 discussed as well\, including OLF-8\, the Beulah Community
Master Plan\, the District 1 library and Beulah fire station\, and an elev
ated walkway and sidewalks for Beulah. Commissioner Bergosh will also give
an update on the Mobile Highway road project\, the Nine Mile/Beulah inter
change and transportation projects including Longleaf Drive and Avondale S
idewalks.\n\nResidents are invited and encouraged to attend. Commissioner
Bergosh will also utilize "agree" or "disagree" cards so residents can ans
wer questions posed. Comment cards will be available so county staff can a
